Project overview:
Kapital Real Estate is a real estate agency operating in the greater Milwaukee area who wanted a national level brand to compliment their growing portfolio of properties. I was tasked with designing a logo and identity package as well as a website that featured all of the properties owned by this high-volume REO specialist. I delivered a simple, modern workmark that was right at home in their professional and social media profiles, stacked and horizontal versions of the logo in vector and web formats, business card designs for all agents, envelopes and letterhead. For the website, I built a custom theme using Joomla CMS.
On the back end, I incorporated a RETS feed that imported Kapital’s featured properties, allowing the user to search by filtered list or interactive map. This new brand position gave Kapital a modern voice and identity in the market.
