Project Overview
After developing a comprehensive library of University of Georgia photo assets, I went through the process of becoming an official seller of licensed hardgoods. I designed and executed products and packaging in the highly competitive collegiate hardgoods market. I worked within many product categories, including posters, framed and unframed photo prints, canvas wraps, tapestries, stickers, magnets, mugs, coasters, pillows and smartphone accessories. 
To support these efforts, I crafted a unique, premium brand identity and developed an omni-channel sales and marketing strategy — including an e-commerce website, a presence on online marketplaces such as Amazon and Etsy and a wholesale network with dozens of retail partners across Georgia. To date, I have sold over 20,000 units across these channels.
